Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data PixelProMatrix Reports collects, why, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, agency name and billing details you give us.
• Advertising data: performance metrics from Meta ad accounts that are shared with our Business Manager. We read data only (ads_read); we never change campaigns.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, and attribution parameters (UTM tags) when you sign up.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: syncing ad metrics, generating and emailing reports, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data.

Data deletion

You can delete clients, ad accounts or your whole agency from the dashboard. To request deletion of all data, email us. We complete requests within 30 days. This also covers Meta platform data deletion requests.
